Since 2018 we have held these Cafés online. They are not shorter, two hours altogether, but still great fun.
Called by Alfredo Behrens, Winvest Cafés are after hours once-a-month three-hour meetings to discuss management issues in Portuguese. There are two groups meeting in São Paulo, one on Avenida Paulista and another on Faria Lima. Enquire for new groups.
Members tend to be Directors or CEOs, and are limited to about fifteen per group. Because many travel extensively attendance at meetings averages around eight executives. The issues discussed frequently revolve around people management ones, but also, leadership, sales, virtual teams, psychopathy and other related management issues.
Attendance is not free, but every now and then members may bring a guest in.
